Features and Advantages
This product has strong decontamination ability, good emulsification and dispersion. It has special effect on removing oil stains on polyester and its blended fabrics, and also has desizing, scouring and cleaning functions. The fabric after using WF-101 can be whiten and brighten and improved the handle feeling. It can also clean the oil contamination on the printing and dyeing equipment.
Application
It is suitable for the pretreatment of polyester and its blended fabrics to remove grease stains and oil stains. It can also be used for degreasing, scouring, desizing and general cleaning of other kinds of fabrics. It can also be used for cleaning printing and dyeing equipment.
Usage
Using for fabric pretreatment
Dosage: 1-4g/L
PH value:12-13 (polyester, acrylic, Ponte, nylon); 11-12 (cotton, hemp, blended); 9-10 (wool, silk)
Temperature: 110-130℃ (polyester); 95-100℃(other)
Time: 30-40 minutes
Note: For yarn-dyed fabrics, gold and silver silk fabrics and blended fabrics, the colour may change. Users are requested to adjust the dosage through the sample as appropriate.
Storage
24KG bags (2KG*12 small bags) or other packing on request.
Sealed and light-proof storage.
