Application

It is suitable for fluffy, soft and smooth finishing of polyacrylonitrile, polyacrylonitrile and polyester fabrics. 

Usage

Dissolution: Ratio: WF-8206N: water = 1:1.5 or so. Dissolve the material in cold water, first put the crude oil, then open the blender, then add 0.1 water, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5 parts every half an hour, then get the transparent emulsion, stop stirring, filter out the material.

1. Impregnation method: 

Dosage: 1.0-3.0% (o.w.f), impregnated at room temperature for about 20-30 minutes, and then dehydrated and drying at 100℃.           

2. Dip-rolling method: 

Dosage: 10-30g/L, and then setting. 

Users are requested to adjust the dosage through the sample as appropriate.

Storage 

100/120KG Plastic Drum or other packing on request. Sealed and light-proof storage.
