Features and Advantages

Application

This product has good whitening effect on pad dyeing of cotton, linen and blended fabrics at room temperature. It has high whiteness lifting power, bright color, can achieve the effect of extra white, and its performance is superior to that of similar products. 

Usage

1.Pad dyeing whitening: dosage 5-30g/L:            

Process: one dip, one roll (or two dip, two roll) with a rolling surplus of about 70% Pick-up. And then drying and stretching and setting.            

2.Washing and Wearable Dry Crosslinking Finishing:

MST-1: 5-30g/L;            

Low Formaldehyde Resin Finishing Agent: 30-100g/L;           

Catalyst MgCl2•6H2O: 8-12g/L;           

80% glacial acetic acid: 0.5-2 ml/L;            

Technology: 1.dipping-rolling 2.pre-baking 110-130℃ 3.baking 150-200℃Users are requested to adjust the dosage through the sample as appropriate.

Storage 

50KG Plastic Drum or other packing on request. Sealed and light-proof storage. This product is sensitive to low temperature below 0℃ and high temperature above 60℃. Please pay attention to it in warehousing and transportation.
